Appointments/Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours advance notice in order to avoid a missed appointment fee.

Our practice accepts most insurance plans, but please feel free to contact us with any specific insurance questions.
